The 2025 Application Window has closed.

Applications were due October 23, 2025. All applications were reviewed at the end of October 2025 and each school received a response to their application.

Selected schools have been invited to share their need and enthusiasm for a greener, healthier schoolyard with a large panel of representatives from the Green Schools Consortium of Milwaukee (GSCM) at a School Selection Event in mid-November. Through an equity-based, democratic process, the panel will vote and 5 schools will be selected to start the redevelopment journey in January 2026.
